At SweetScense Aromatherapy we never sell, trade or rent ANY customer information provided to us through this website's order form or email contact links. The information we collect is used strictly for processing your order, shipping the finished products to the proper address and to arrange payment for these services. You will never receive email from others as a result of buying from us through this site.

Payment Policy
We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express for our e-customer orders.

Canadian Orders are in Canadian dollars.
Applicable taxes will be applied to all orders.
Prices subject to change without prior notice and may vary according to sales representative or location.
Shipping & handling charges are extra.

Shipping Policy
We use Canada Post as our preferred shipping company. Within Canada, orders are normally received 5 to 7 business days after shipping.

U.S. and International orders will be dealt with in U.S. currency or Euros and will be on a special order basis. Any customs and duty charges would be the customer’s responsibility.
All orders are packed as carefully as possible. If your order is received damaged due to shipping, claims must be made directly with the shipping service provider immediately after you receive it.

Return Policy
There is a 20% handling charge for any returned orders.
We will only accept returned items that are unopened and in acceptable condition for resale.
All return shipping, handling and customs/duty charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
